TIME IS PRECIOUS
Please allow yourself enough time for your treatment and arrive a few minutes early. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy a tea and prepare for your treatment. In the SPA lounge, our staff will accompany you to your treatment room. The stated treatment time also includes the resting period - take a few moments for yourself.
EASY BOOKING
To secure your preferred appointment time, please book your treatments on the day of arrival at the SPA reception.
DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS
Confirmed appointments are binding. Short-notice cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance; otherwise, we charge 50%. Please understand that we cannot extend the treatment if you arrive late.
ATTIRE
A bathrobe and spa slippers are ideal for your visit to the Venosta SPA. It is best to come without jewellery.
FOR YOUR HEALTH
We care deeply about tailoring each treatment to your needs. Please inform us before your treatment of any medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure or any limitations such as allergies or a possible pregnancy that may need to be taken into consideration.
All our treatments are non-therapeutic wellness applications.
