Your room will be ready for use from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Kindly vacate it by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Family members of the four-legged variety are welcome to stay in the suites on the first floor for a surcharge of 40,00€ per day. Out of consideration for other guests, however, they are not permitted in the restaurant, by the pools, in the play areas, in the sauna & spa area or in the garden. Guests wishing to bring their four-legged friends to dinner are free to reserve a table in the bar area.

Cancellation policy

What if everything suddenly changes and you can’t go on holiday as planned? It is always unpleasant to have to cancel - for you as well as for us. We kindly ask for your understanding. Room cancellations shall only be accepted in writing.

Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival:
Free of charge; deposits will be refunded or recognised as credit
Rebookings outside the free cancellation period:
50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged
Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival:
80% of the total amount of your stay will be charged
Late arrival or early departure:
Breakfast and/or dinner for the nights of your stay that are not used will be deducted from the total amount
Cancellation for a group of 3 rooms or more:
Free of charge up to 40 days prior to arrival | within 40 days prior to arrival, 80% of the luxury board price will be charged
