Sustainable, ecological, regional and healthy: our rooms are built using sustainable timber construction by Holzius, featuring wooden floors made from local woods, decking tiles made from plima granite, bathrooms designed by the Italian company Frattini and bathroom tiles by the company Fuchs from Silandro/Schlanders. The furniture comes from the Schenk bed company in Malles/Mals and has been planned, and implemented in collaboration with carpenters from the region to ensure that no dream home remains unfulfilled.
