To secure your desired appointment slot, we ask you to book your treatments at the main reception or front desk of the spa on your day of arrival.
You can of course also clarify available appointments in advance with our reception at info@dasgerstlfamily.com.
Delays and cancellations
Any bookings are binding. Late cancellations are possible up to 24 h in advance, otherwise we will have to charge 50% of the fee.
Attire
Appropriate dress for your SPA visit will be bathrobe and slippers.
